This is a true rescue story. Meet Biscuit, she was adopted in 2002 from Compassionate Pug Rescue. We were helping out as volunteers when we first saw her at Miami Dade Animal Control, how could one help but to fall in love with her?  She was so helpless and in need of love. Upon leaving animal control we immediately took her to the vet to be assessed.  We found out her front leg was broken in several places (hence her name Limp Biscuit) and she had a horrible skin rash.  We fostered her for about 8 weeks and well, the rest was history. Today, you cannot even tell she ever had anything wrong with her leg. She has been nothing but a joy.  Biscuit has such an unbelievable personality and is so thankful.  She is full of mischief, but you can't help but love her!  

The main reason for this organization is for pugs like Biscuit.  It's hard not to have so much love for these animals and want to share with  and save as many as possible. Unfortunately there will always be Pugs in need, but if you can help save just one, you've made the world a better place for that animal.
